English Terms

As an Application developer, we strive to provide our users with a seamless and user-friendly experience. However, to ensure that everyone is on the same page, we have drafted these terms and conditions ("Terms") which govern the use of our Type AI ("Application"). Please read these terms carefully before using our Application. By using the Application, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions in these Terms, do not use the Application.

Introductions

These Terms govern your use of the Application. By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights:

The Application acts as a bridge to access the AI and does not own any intellectual property rights in the content generated by the API. The developer does not claim any ownership of the content generated by the API.

Compliance with App Store Guidelines:

By using the Application, you agree to comply with all of Apple's guidelines and policies. You represent and warrant that you will not use the Application in any way that is prohibited by these guidelines and policies.

Subscription & Payment:

The Application is a subscription-based service, with a monthly or annual fee for unlimited. By subscribing to the Application, you agree to pay the monthly fee through your Apple account. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your apple account subscription settings. The Application reserves the right to modify the subscription fee at any time, with the modified fee applying to new subscribers and to existing subscribers upon their next renewal.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your apple account subscription settings. No refund will be provided for the current month.

Dispute Resolution & Mediation

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Application shall be resolved through mediation.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" and the developer makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Application's completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability.

Usage Restrictions

The maximum number of times a user can use this application is set. If the application is used extremely frequently, we may temporarily suspend the use of the application.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to make changes to the Application, including but not limited to adding or removing features or functionality, at any time and without notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your use of the Application at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time, so please check back periodically for updates. The last updated version of these Terms was 2023.

利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、当社が開発、運営するType AI（本アプリケーション）に関する規約を定めるものです。
本規約は、お客様が本アプリケーションを使用する際に適用されます。本アプリケーションを使用することにより、お客様は本規約に同意するものとします。

知的財産権について

本アプリケーションは、AIにアクセスするためのブリッジとして機能し、APIによって生成されたコンテンツの知的財産権を所有するものではありません。また、開発者は、APIによって生成されたコンテンツの所有権を主張することはありません。

App Storeガイドラインへの準拠

お客様は、本アプリケーションを使用することにより、Appleのすべてのガイドラインおよびポリシーを遵守することに同意するものとします。お客様は、これらのガイドラインおよびポリシーで禁止されている方法で本アプリケーションを使用しないことを表明し、保証します。

サブスクリプションと支払い

本アプリケーションはサブスクリプションベースのサービスであり、無制限の利用するにはアプリ内に明記した料金がかかります。サブスクリプションを購読することにより、お客様は、Appleアカウントを通じて月額料金を支払うことに同意するものとします。お客様は、Appleアカウントの購読設定からいつでも購読を中止することができます。本アプリは、いつでも購読料金を変更する権利を有し、変更後の料金は、新規購読者及び次回更新時に既存購読者に適用されます。

払い戻しおよびキャンセルポリシー

お客様は、Appleアカウントの購読設定にアクセスすることにより、いつでも購読をキャンセルすることができます。当月分の返金には応じられません。

紛争解決と調停

本規約または本アプリに起因または関連するすべての紛争は、調停により解決されるものとします。

保証の免責事項

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、開発者は本アプリの完全性、正確性、信頼性、適合性、または利用可能性について、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。

利用制限

本アプリケーションは１ユーザー辺りの最大利用回数を設定させていただいております。極端に多く利用している場合に、一時的に利用を休止させていただく場合があります。

本アプリの変更

当社は、いつでも予告なく、特徴や機能の追加・削除を含むがこれに限定されない、本アプリの変更を行う権利を留保します。

解約

当社は、理由の有無にかかわらず、いつでも、予告なく、お客様の本アプリの使用を終了または停止することができます。

規約の変更

当社は本規約を随時更新することがありますので、定期的に更新をご確認ください。本規約の最終更新バージョンは2023年です。
弊アプリケーションを使用することで、お客様は当社の規約に同意したことになります。本規約に関してご質問やご不明な点がある場合は、本アプリケーションに記載されている情報を通じて、ご連絡ください。
